Hi, I'm Shiva. I've been gifted with some wonderful mentors in my life who helped me heal my past and move through numerous difficult experiences. By nature, I have always been committed to healing and evolving. I am living a healthy, happy and abundant life. I created Empowerment Work over the past 20+ years to help people achieve the same. My mission is to share this gift with as many people as possible who are ready to do the work and embrace a joyful life.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a Masters of Social Work degree. I earned my LICSW and worked inpatient psych for years. I have had a private practice for the past 25 years teaching people Empowerment Work.
